Industrial automatic thermic welding machine designed to weld laminated foils and other thermoplastic materials.

The APTB machines are designed to perfectly weld laminated foils and other thermoplastic film, also previously filled, and the are the ideal solution for large and heavy bags. Different working width are available (150cm, 200cm, 250cm, 300cm), while the welded area is smooth and 10mm - width.

The APTB weldings are ermetical, durable and perfectly homogeneous.

Each of the two welding bar (upper/lower) has its own electronic temperature controller, and it's always on to maintain the optimal level for the thermofusion. The fusion mechanism is pneumatically drived by the means of a electrical foot pedal. The cooling time is regulated by an electronic timer. The machine is provided with a protection against accidental contact mechanism and liquid cooling system.
